"Absolutely unprofessional. Called for my consultation and the assistant told me ok stay by your phone she will call you in a min. Ok. I wait 15-20 mins nothing so I call back and she was rude. But told me she’s finishing up a call and will call you just be patient. Ok fine. Here we are 4 DAYS! Later and still no call. I made time to have this appointment and got nothing!"

"I didn't want to come on here in do this but i am just so disappointed. The lawyer didn't have to do much on the case. I really have nothing bad to say about luanna john. Its her secretary that I am having issues with. I was told by the court house I could pick up my final decree at the lawyers office. But I cant get past her secretary!!! Last week she was very rude to me when saying No the very first time I called without even hearing what I was asking for. Than I have had nothing but bull since. From leaving me on hold to not answering the phone completely what should be 5 stars is now 2 because of the secretary . She really needs bedside manors!!"
