Domino's Pizza

"Order dominos, scanned me for a few extra bucks and didn’t give us out soda or salad. When we called them back to at least refund us for their mishaps they refused:( took forever as well"

"My recent encounter with Domino's left much to be desired. I had ordered a simple vegetarian pizza, explicitly emphasizing no onions, but what I received was a pizza laden with extra onions, completely diverging from my preferences. The disappointment deepened when I discovered an additional charge on my receipt, seemingly an unjust penalty for the restaurant's error. This experience made me question the reliability of Domino's in maintaining order accuracy and fairness in their pricing. Beyond the flawed order and questionable charges, the lack of resolution or acknowledgment of their mistake left me dissatisfied with Domino's customer service. A restaurant's true measure is often revealed in how they handle errors, and in this case, Domino's fell short. The combination of a botched order and an unwarranted extra charge significantly marred what should have been a simple and enjoyable meal. I'll think twice before considering Domino's for my future pizza cravings."

"Order delivered not to my address. Had call the store 3 times and finally asked them to cancel after 3 hours. Driver left the pizza somewhere, wrong address and did t knock on door like they were supposed to. Working on getting store to refund. After 3 hours they told me they could remake if I gave them another 1.5 hours. Guess I got unlucky with bad driver and bad management."

"Okay, mess up, my order driver had to go back and get it no big deal I'm a pretty patient person However, when I finally get it and I'm sitting down and to eat it. I bite into a long hair hair i called them. And the guy acted like it was no big deal.saided I will let the manger and then hung up Then I look at the receipt supposed to 699 per item so I ordered a salad and a pizza took off a couple of ingredients and added2 was charged. 7.48 a salad and 15.99 for the pizza hat happen to 6.99I know I would be Charged extra because the ingredients I don't get it feel like I've been ripped off. Don't know if I order from from you again"

"So, I was really hungry for lunch, because I had already skipped breakfast. (I had 2 cups of coffee, but that doesn't count.) I had seen a few commercials for the pasta, from Dominos and I was curious if it was any good. I got on to my phone, and made an order using the Domino's app for pick up asap. It took me almost 6 minutes to get there, +4 minutes trying to find the dang place. Haha! As soon as I walked in, they told me my food was just a few moments away from being ready... Really, no more than 20 seconds later they handed me my food and walked out. When I tried it in my car, I was remarkably surprised how great it was. This may be my new go to pasta place."
