"Long time Sam’s shopper and decided to go to Costco for the first time. Turns out it will be my last time. It was so busy you could barely walk around. It was a Saturday so that understandable. The problem I had was the checkout. I AWAYS use self checkout. What I didn’t know about Costo was you can’t scan your own with placing every scanned item on their register . And you can’t remove items from the register without scanning everything. So imagine having a cart full of items and having to stack them up on the register when the employee it sitting right there with a portable scanner that could be used to scan your items without taking them out of the basket at all. I will not be going back to Costco EVER. By the way Sam’s has scan as you go. So you scan your items with your phone as you pick them up and place in your basket. Then you can pay from your phone without waiting in any of the long lines."

"You can literally return anything if you are not happy. Also with my dad’s insurance which covers 40 percent. He paid $288.00 for glasses. He then lost it and we went here and paid full price for pretty much the same thing and it was$228.00 . You can’t beat the prices and the quality. There’s a reason why this place is ALWAYS packed. Also the people who work here are always so kind."

"Pizza guy refused to answer me whenever I spoke. He called my number multiple times and ignored me when I walked up each time. Same with the lady there. I dressed professionally and all. It felt like a race thing. Loved Costco so much but I had to cancel the membership. I really hope they’re not like this at Sam’s club because I’ve been with Costco for years"

"Mark the manager at this location refuses to honor the pricing his team had marked on this set. While he acknowledged it was his teams mistake he took zero accountability and stated that he doesn’t have to honor the pricing mistake and that he won’t. Within the first minute of calling me said it didn’t matter if I had called corporate to leave a message cause it’s “his decision” then later said when I asked for the district managers contact that he can’t make that call. So which is it? He said it was the customers job to check sku numbers…. Said “most customers just let it go when the price is wrong”. So clearly this happens a lot here and clearly his go to is just telling your customers they shouldn’t trust the signs him and his team put out? Surely your corporate office knows that’s gonna land you in hot water with trade practices like that."
