Next GEN has a lot of vehicles to choose from – – different makes and models and everything I drove, was really clean and in good shape. And I was especially impressed because I am coming from out of state. Their buying process is very streamlined."

"From Colorado, Purchased my Denali from Nexgen, was a little apprehensive about buying out of state but the Nexgen team went above and beyond to make me comfortable and show me everything I wanted to see, I had a small issue when the truck was delivered but these guys worked with me to help with the repair and they covered the cost, both Grey and Cole and Alysa ,are great at what they do, will definitely purchase from Nexgen again."

"The experience was alright, but not great. Chris was a good salesperson. He wasn’t pushy and very easy to talk with etc. My complaints only come from a couple things. First, my truck was obviously owned by a smoker and there’s a smoke smell in the truck which wasn’t divulged to me prior to buying. The truck had obviously been cleaned and shampooed recently, so it had the cleaned car smell. Once I got home and it had sat a bit, the smoke smell is very prominent. Second, the additions add much more cost than anticipated and are less optional than mandatory. For instance, LoJack was installed, explained that it was essentially mandatory and automatically installed for every car they sell. After enough things like that, it all starts to add up, and I’d prefer it was actually optional or listed as part of the price online, instead of going through all the rigmarole of shopping based on the advertised price, deciding I like it, and being surprised during financing. Third, and this is partially my fault, they forgot the floor mats and no one has reached out. The dealership is far away from me, so I haven’t gone back or inquired, but it’d be a better customer service experience if they’d reached out and offered to send them or just inform me I can come pick them up. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it wasn’t great. It’s not a dealership I’ll tell all my friends and family they have to go to, but if they ask me if it’s a good place to buy a car I’ll just tell them a couple things to look out for."
