"First time customer. Ordered tires online, had them delivered to Coweta Walmart, then installed and balanced, plus an oil change. Been a couple of months now and I'm satisfied with the work. Checked oil when I got home and it was full and clean (recommend everyone do this wherever you go). Tires are balanced and rolling good. I had never used Walmart Auto Care before but I was able to order the tire brand I wanted at a good price online so I had Walmart install them. No matter who you use, if you are able, check the work of any mechanic."

"In-Store help has always been quick to help and very efficient. Getting in touch by phone either directly or transfered from customer service is a lost cause, always ignored, hung up or put on an endless hold.. just don't waste the effort!"

"Took our dodge journey in for an OIL CHANGE. JUST AN OIL CHANGE! Drove from California to Oklahoma, ZERO ISSUES. HUSBAND DRIVES to and from tahlequah to broken arrow for work. NO ISSUES. No check engine light, not running funny. Just needed an oil change. Husband waits for it to be completed. They call him up. Has him pay and gives him his keys. Didn't talk to him about his car needing work, anything that's needing to be done, just sends him on his way. No paperwork signed. NOTHING. He gets about 10-15 miles down the road and his car dies. Had it towed back to Walmart. They were of course closed by the time he made it back. So my husband was stuck in Coweta with no vehicle. (We're in the process of moving and myself and our babies are in California unable to help.) He makes it to Walmart at 10 the next morning. Guys are all under the hood, Under the car doing god knows what. They're not taking responsibility of course. Had it towed to a mechanic shop and that mechanic tells us it was Walmarts fault.... Oil was still filthy and told us it looked to be $9,000 to fix the engine. Walmart tells us good luck! Sucks for us. I have plenty of choice words for these dirty people. Don't EVER take your car to this place."
