"I just wanted to throw these guys some love. I wish I could remember the guys name that helped me but he and the whole crew were so nice. I went to get my air checked and I had a tire that really needed to be replaced but I couldn't spend money on new tires right then. He found two tires that were used but much better then what I had and gave me a GREAT deal on them. Unbeatable deal. Made sure my tires were safe for my trip. "Ordered tires a week ago. Received numerous texts throughout the week to confirm my appointment including two early texts the morning of my appointment. Appointment was at 9:15, I get a call from discount 15 minutes before my appointment notifying me that FedEx lost one of my tires. Three arrived the night before and nobody let me know until I arrived at the store. I could have easily been notified the night before and made other plans as I had an appointment to have truck leveled with another vendor after my tires were to be installed. Poor communication and discount blamed the carrier which I agree is partially at fault.. Why was I getting texts the morning of my appointment when they knew the tire was not there?"
