"Whenever we need a new car, we always start at Young, specifically, we go to there for Danny LePelley. Danny is amazing to work with- he’ll go above and beyond to get you what you’re looking for. One of the things that’s always impressed us about Danny is that he doesn’t just sell you a car and then disappears; he has followed up with us to see how we’re liking the car and to keep in touch. Over the years we’ve known Danny, even though we aren’t looking for a car, he always keeps in touch with happy birthday texts, Christmas wishes, etc. I’ll always recommend this dealership and Danny to anyone who is looking to purchase a new car."

"I am giving 1 star only because the sales guys were nice and friendly. Though at this point I want to give ZERO. I usually don’t leave bad reviews for situations. But this really got me. This is my second time buying a car from them. But my review of this place has changed. I purchased my vehicle in October. I absolutely love it don’t get me wrong. Well the AC stopped working. I had purchased a warranty from them, I wasn’t able to pull it up on my end as I did not have a computer. So I figured I would call this dealer ship. I spoke to a lady explaining the situation and wanted to speak to someone who could pull it up and tell me if something like this was covered. So I get transferred to some guy, oh how I wish I remembered his name. He claimed he saw I had the warranty and it’s a really good one (obviously not good enough) and that if it is a AC leak it “should” be covered. SHOULD? If he was looking at the warranty like I figured he was (he did not explain this to me) he would have seen that nothing with my AC would have been covered. Says it right there first page! Told me I had to go get it diagnosed. (I was aware there was a chance it wouldn’t have been covered but not aware that there was absolutely no chance of it being covered.) I brought it to Chevy dealership in Layton as he recommended they may have the tools. They do the diagnose it and surprise it’s not. And it shows clear as day ON my warranty that nothing with my AC would be covered. Had I known, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money just to get told something I already knew was wrong. Then this same guy has the nerve to lie and claim nothing I mentioned above was said. Not once mentioned he wasn't able to look at my warranty until a diagnosis was made. I called for that reason and he had me under the impression that he was helping me with what I called for in the first place. I WILL NEVER EVER DO SERVICE OR PURCHASE A VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN. This guy completely ruined it for YALL. To add. I’m sure the dealership knew about this issue but failed to say a word. I bought the car in the cold season, of course I wasn’t running it. And funny now that I it’s getting warmer and I’m starting to run it, it slowly stopped working."

"This dealership went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care. In fact, they exceeded expectations. I really want to give a specific shout out to Luigi, Eddie and Matthew for sticking to their word. I was skeptical working out details over the phone before we drove all the way there since we live far from this dealership. They definitely stayed true to their word when we got there. You don't get that type of honesty and integrity with other dealerships. It was well worth the 1 1/2-hour drive to get the best pricing and all-around service. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, this is definitely the best place and worth the drive. I can see why they have such great reviews which are well deserved."
