"I brought in my van the day after getting into an accident, Karl told me he would do the work for what my insurance had quoted us even though our insurance purposely low balled the estimate. I just happened to see their business as I was driving off from another collision shop bid and stopped in. Karl was so nice and he put me on the schedule for the next week. "We were referred to Karl Schiess and Metro as the best place to take our car by Tyler at Advance Insurance. Great referral and outstanding job my Karl and his team. We were able to get a quote on the spot, and since the car was drivable, we kept the car while they ordered parts. Karl called when the parts came in, which was pretty much when he had estimated. We took the car into the shop a before it opened but one of the shop guys saw us waiting, called Karl and we were able to drop the car off early. They completed the work when promised and called us to let us know it was done. The car looks new again. I would recommend them without hesitation. Fair price. Honest business."
