"They were very polite, and didn't try to upsell anything that didn't need it. My cabin air filter was horrible, so they replaced that, but didn't try to gaslight me into anything else. It was quick, literally over in a jiffy, if you will. Definitely recommend them."
"Came in for a basic oil change, they took me back and was quoted 59.99, they came in a few minutes later and asked if I would like the “front headlamp” replaced for 11.99 so I said sure and that was that. Next thing I know I’m checking out after the work had been done and getting charged 79.99 for the oil and 27.99 for the headlight because apparently it was “farther up there” whatever that means. Would’ve been fine if they had prefaced all this before or could’ve refused service if they had told me. Just not a good experience"
