"So I came in the other day to get my emissions and registration done, but I didn't know how much it would cost to do it. I didn't want them to do it and not have enough money to pay for it, so I asked the greeter what the cost would be, and told him that I only had a hundred dollars. In my mind, this communicated I wanted a price check on the service. I went in directly so they could look up how much my vehicle would be, since I called in earlier and was unable to get an answer over the phone. If it was going to be more than a hundred dollars, I couldn't do it that day, because I couldn't afford it, but I'd need to come in another day. That's why I asked the question. Some guy in charge came out hot like a rocket and nearly yelling at me about not being able to make any money if they did those things for under a hundred dollars. He basically accused me of demanding to do it for half price or something. That's not what was going on at all. All I wanted was a price check, and this guy lays into me like I'd just stolen a car from the bay. I saw the misunderstanding, and tried to clarify, but the guy kept talking over me and not allowing me to ask any follow up questions either. To top it all off, they never told me how much it WOULD cost, but simply jabbered on about how it'd be more than a hundred, as if to say "how dare you demand a price change." I didn't hear what the price was in the first place! That's why I was there! This staff demonstrated they have no ability to listen, and just go into yelling about nonsense and talking over people. Very rude. Very impatient. Terrible service. Not the first time this staff has been condescending or inappropriate. I will not be coming back, and I'd encourage others the same until the man with the tattoos who bit my head off is reprimanded, or replaced."

"Absolute WORST experience of my life. We went in for a tire rotation and oil change and left with an EXPLODING tire. They didn't tell us anything was wrong with the tire at all and sent me out the door with a tire that could explode at any minute. I can tell you that it was not like that before! We went back to address the situation and the manager was very confrontational. Very horrible experience- DO NOT GO HERE."

"I went in for a brake inspection and the employee tried to swindle me. I explained what I thought was wrong with the brakes and he spent about 10 seconds looking with a flashlight through the rim. Immediately told me that both sets of brakes needed to be fully replaced, but that the back set was a lot worse than the front. Pretty obvious that he didn’t really want to inspect the brakes and just wanted to upsell me. Took my car to Big o Tires where they actually pulled the wheels off and inspected my brakes. They told me that there was an abnormality to the front set of brakes, but that the pads were in decent condition and the back set were in good shape as well. Just a warning if you go to this location. I would go and get a second opinion on any repairs you want done."
