"Care was returned dirty and Check Coolant message on dashboard, do they not check fluid levels. The tow bar for my car was weirdly placed in the back seat. I not sure why they had taken the tow bar out of its spot by the spare tire. After $1500 I would have expected more. Also, 2 full weeks without my car. They seem overwhelmed and unorganized. Extremely poor experience..."
