"Danielle, the assistant manager at the location I visited (#3877 in Tulsa, OK), was very knowledgeable, kind, genuine, and made me feel comfortable to ask questions about the maintenance of my vehicle. She shared invaluable information with me about the state of my vehicle during the current visit and future upkeep of my vehicle. I have never felt more educated and taken care of than with her. 12/10 customer service! I watched her interaction with other customers as well, and she remained patient with every one while going the extra mile to make sure all were satisfied. When I have visited this location in the past for an oil change, I experienced kindness and helpfulness from other staff as well. I will always come to this location in the future for any vehicle needs that Jiffy Lube handles!"
"The manager gives Superior red carpet customer service!!!! I literally drive out of my way for this Jiffy lube! He escorts you to the store opens tells you where the bathroom and drinks are! 5 star doesn’t do this place justice at all! 100 stars for ROYAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
