"DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!! Beware of Brandon Steve! He had my vehicle for almost 4 months and didn’t even repair it himself. What this crook does is promise to have your car fixed very fast - won’t start on anything until he has full payment and then stops returning your calls. Come to find out he wasn’t even authorized to repair anything in his shop, landlord says he was only permitted to do car inspections. Got Orem PD involved after 60 days and they say there are so many cases on Brandon with duplicate stories. What he is doing is receiving payment, then hiring another garage to repair your car he isn’t even doing the work himself. Then claims it’s not illegal. He charged my insurance over $7,100 and only fixed 10 out of the 40 things he had been paid to do. He deserves to be in jail! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! Also read the other reviews the good ones are from his brothers and girlfriend. Worst experience of my life. I could go on and on about how many terrible things he did - we took off work to meet him and car wasn’t even finished. (I live 3 hours away so multiple wasted trips and tons of time and energy not to mention not having a vehicle for 120 days) He won’t meet you in person at all once he has your money. He should be locked up. Seriously the very worst experience I have ever had!!!!!!!"
"Horrible service, took 70 days to fix my car. Started to dodge my calls until I threatened to get the police involved. There was no do drip visible on the repair. Despite taking 60 days longer than promised, refused to pay for a rental car. Other tenants in the business park say he is never at the shop and that other customers have gotten the police involved due to slow service. Don’t go here"
