"Tried calling the store & got sent to automated which I hate. Whoever thought that was a good idea for any business it's not. I've always liked UPS, so pretty much now if you need anything just go to a brick and mortar than try to call. It's a lot easier than dealing with a machine who doesn't listen."

I needed to get my temporary registration printed after renewing with the DMV website. They were quick even with non-stop customers.
