"Called to get a quote on an oil change. Gave him my car info but didn't know the specific size of my engine. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't give me a price if i didnt know specially. I can understand that but as I'm asking for a solution he just hangs up on me. My solution being (he can tell me how much each one is because my car only has 2 engine sizes.. So telling me any or all would let me know a ball park estimate. But he just hangs up the phone... [my 1 star is based off of my personal experience with this company over the phone.]"
