"Not sure why they have such bad reviews. Been going here for years, they never have attitude. Always nice and respectful."

"Very poor service. Waiting for my medication for two weeks. Long lines at drive through windows. Long wait for phone call in service. Grossly understaffed for the work load in a very busy and heavy traffic area."

"Absolute worst service - 151st and Memorial location. There seems to be a lack of understanding in the importance of a medical prescription they just don’t care. Pharmacist is gone a lot and they can’t fill prescription or at least that’s what the technicians say, entire place shuts down for lunch, they don’t answer phones, standard answer is come back in 20 minutes and 5 minutes later you get text saying prescription is ready. Today, Doctor sent over prescription early this morning, went by this evening to pick up, told they didn’t have prescription, asked them to be sure, surprise they found it and yet again told come back in 20 minutes pharmacist is not here. If you need your prescription in a time sensitive manner do not use this location. We live in a rural area and this is the closest location but for our own health and safety we will be moving to another location farther away or to CVS. This isn’t a one time problem it’s clearly their standard service model with no regard for customer care and well being."

"Sometimes great service sometimes pretty terrible service For example, I renewed script 1 day before renewal expired. 2 days go by no call text from them I call to seen its ready and they inform me manufacturer is out of stock until 3 more weeks. 4 weeks go by no call so I call them. They told me the prescription has not expired and I will need to get my doctor to give them a call I say there's no point in doing that unless they can first tell me if they even have it in stock. We don't hold a few minutes then someone completely different a man who doesn't even introduce himself says that the new projected date is two months away and no guarantee they will even get it then recommends I go to a different Pharmacy. Communication is key here folks reach out to your customers and let them know. Don't tell him to call her doctor make him go through that work when you don't even have the product. And if it's obvious your customer is frustrated offer an apology which was not done at all on this. A simple I'm sorry would have been very nice. Going to switch all my prescriptions to another Pharmacy."
