"I had my check engine light pop up on my Hyundai Sonata on the way back from the airport ~ tried stopping by a mechanic and had to pay 180$ for a diagnostic and nothing else after waiting for 4 hours. Came to the dealership here in London after that and they immediately took my car and got me an Uber to where I needed to go. They had detailed diagnostics and recommendations for me quickly and it was serviced as soon as possible. It was such a smooth process and I felt at peace of mind. I got to work with Jacob Francis and he was a big help in explaining the why behind some of the recommendations and helping me feel caught up to date with the process and he really managed my case well, I felt like everything was in good hands with him and that I could trust him!"
