"Jon Haymond is great! He took the time to explain things and offered to help with the little things, like adjusting the service interval on my car’s computer so it matches what it should be. He communicated well with me, and the wait wasn’t that bad either, despite coming in during the drop off time in the morning without an appointment. Will keep coming here and will ask for Jon every time."

"Jon Haymond is the man!! He’s been helping us for awhile. When we first came we had a bad experience. When Jon found out he quickly fixed the situation then has helped us since then. "I had my check engine light pop up on my Hyundai Sonata on the way back from the airport ~ tried stopping by a mechanic and had to pay 180$ for a diagnostic and nothing else after waiting for 4 hours. Came to the dealership here in London after that and they immediately took my car and got me an Uber to where I needed to go. They had detailed diagnostics and recommendations for me quickly and it was serviced as soon as possible. It was such a smooth process and I felt at peace of mind. I got to work with Jacob Francis and he was a big help in explaining the why behind some of the recommendations and helping me feel caught up to date with the process and he really managed my case well, I felt like everything was in good hands with him and that I could trust him!"
