"Dear Meier's Staff- I really do want to support local, non-chain businesses, especially those in my area. That is why I gave your pharmacy a try. I also understand that mistakes can happen, but a business’s reputation lies in how mistakes are handled. Meier’s completely botched my prescription. Back and forth, on long holds over and over. Frustrating, but... Ok, things happen. If staff was responsive, helpful, apologetic and friendly about it, this review would be quite different! I tried to be understanding, but staff was just so unfriendly and a bit put out they had to deal with their own lack of organization. Felt like the customer service of a Walmart. Again, I really do prefer supporting small businesses. This would be so easy to change, but I didn't get the sense anyone I dealt with cares one way or the other. While I am taking my business elsewhere, I hope you read this and understand that you may have a blind spot in the customer service area."

"Such amazing people. My daughter is starting a medication known to dry her lips and skin, and with the shipment of her prescription they included a sweet gift to help her ease those discomforts. They also deliver which is so very convenient! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone, the smoothest transactions I've had in a very long time.
