"So I initially had the most amazing experience at Automax for my purchase in 2021. That’s the reason I decided to come back after my vehicle was totaled by a semi. For starters I was lied to a ton by my salesman. I have nothing I want in my vehicle and I was pushed/forced every objection I had. I even tried to back out of my deal before signing my deal and then again the next day when they brought me in to lower my payment. I am unhappy with my car. I’ve had all kinds of hell getting it looked at for an issue it already has like it isn’t a brand new vehicle. There’s no sense of urgency in helping me fix and just overall no one ever addressed any of the concerns I had just wanted to sell me a car. Plus marked it up for absolutely no reason. I definitely should have just left to another Hyundai dealership because no one actually helped me. I would NEVER deal with my salesman again. His name is Ryan. Just letting you guys know my experience. I was just pressured into getting a car no matter what concern or objection I had. Definitely don’t feel good or happy about my deal by any means. I will be trading my vehicle in soon and never dealing with Ryan or Automax again."

"Experience was pretty good. Not as terrible as car dealerships often are. Felt like I got a pretty good value. I appreciated their willingness to negotiate around the price a bit. Interior detailing could have been more thorough. Exterior was good. Did not appreciate the effort to quietly slide in expensive extras during financing discussion. That practice is frustrating and always leaves a bad taste in my mouth at the end of buying a car."

"This was my first stop when I was looking for a car. We appreciated that no one was pushing us or pressuring us to buy anything and they weren’t trying to make a sale sound too good to pass up. They listened to what I had to say and took my wants and needs into consideration. Thadius showed us a few used and new Palisades and we test drove them. Although it was his first day, he was very friendly and professional and honest about not knowing much about the cars. We couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for, which was a white 24 palisade with light leather interior with bucket seats, so we went looking at other dealerships. We eventually came back and got a gray 24 palisade with the interior we wanted AND more for a better price. When we went to the other dealerships, we quickly realized how well priced the palisades were at Automax. We also realized that they didn’t add unnecessary fees like the other dealers did. The other dealers wouldn’t even waive them. They included free window tint and helped me set up the app on my phone for my car without me having to ask. I have anxiety and don’t like talking to sales people, but the process with smooth and I left feeling well taken care off."

"Had a fantastic experience. Shane the GSM was upfront and honest. Haven't been to a dealer where I have been tested better. There was great communication and respect. Tommy did a phenomenal job explaining the car and the details of how to use the features to my girlfriend. Was truly a pleasure to work with them!"
