"So a few months ago I bought 4 new tires from this Sam's, a few weeks after the purchase I drove out of town for a business trip. On the way I had a blow out, there were no Sam's close enough to be towed to and they were already closed. So I bought a used tire from a nearby shop. But I kept the blown tire and since it was still under warranty Sam's order me new one, then Covid happened and they closed which I understand. They're opened back up now so I go to get my new tire to replaced the used one I bought(so I can use it as a spare) I also have a leak in another tire I need repaired. I tell them which tire to replace and that I want to keep the old one and about the leak. I walk around the store for 2 hours without a call I finally go ask and my car has just been sitting there done. I ask about the leak and they say there's nothing wrong with it but if I still think there is come back again I was running late for something else because I was there for 2 hours and I thought I could trust them so I leave. I then stop to air up the tire with the leak because it's not fixed and realize that not only is the used tire still on my car but they put the new tire on the wrong rim. So I go back the next day I tell them that they put the new tire on the wrong rim and I still have leak. They change the tires out right this time but didn't give me the used one So I had to go back in again and get it. They also said the air valve was broken on the tire with a leak and that they fixed it but guess what it's not fixed and I still have to air it up twice a day. I'm not coming back a third time and I probably won't shop at this one again I'd rather go out of my way than deal with laziness and lieing. Both times I told them I had a leak they didn't even air the low tire up. Avoid this place"

"I am here on a Thursday morning, there was only two cars in front of me. They took all of my information and identify that I just need a patch at 09:30 am I did not receive my keys back until 11:05 am which is completely and utterly ridiculous. This has been the worst tire experience I believe that I have ever had. Do not, I repeat do not go here."

"I got a really good price on a set of tires. Nice folks, but they inflated the new tires to 42 psi. The car calls for 30 psi. My car rode like a brick for a couple of days before I thought to check it. Rides great now."
