"This mechanic is informed and personable. Follow though has a lot left to be desired. I feel like he quoted me the highest estimate he could, came down when I wasn't going to do it, then did as little.work as possible. I still don't have the van fixed and, after posting this, wouldn't trust him to so anything else if he wanted to. Definitely won't return"
