"We had to find a location to change all our oils of an old european Land Rover Defender. Jiffy Lube was the third shop we went to and finally, we were not declined. They could even fix our transfer case leak with a new sealing! All guys are super kind and friendly. They even pointed us to an online coupon which we could use. -->Best oil change of many on our hole trip from Ushuaia (Argentina) up to Alaska until Salt Lake City. Thanks to Oscar and the whole crew!!"

"I would avoid using Jiffy Lube at all cost both for your own safety and financially. I took my car in for an oil change last week. My car drove all of 5 miles before the engine died in the middle of the intersection. Turns out the air mass flow sensor was damaged costing $600. I've called Jiffy Lube and they've failed to take accountability and are giving me the run around. The local manager seems empathetic, but has not done anything actionable at this time. I now have to take it in their shop for them to "evaluate it". UPDATE : I took my car in and after reviewing the car and video. They took accountability and reimbursed me the cost of repair. Happy with the costumer service at the end."
"Man! I had such a great experience here. I often get my oil changed here and these folks are always great. However, the other day my car was having all kids of issues so I pulled into Jiffy Lube to get some advice. I chatted with Stiles. Not only was he super nice but he also took the time to help me look under the hood and fix all of the issues. I wasn't even getting my oil changed that day but Stiles treated me respect, a smile, and excellent customer service. He fixed and tightened a few things for me under the hood of my car and all my problems were fixed. He didn't charge me a dime and I was on my way! As someone who doesn't know a ton about cars, I was super grateful to Stiles for helping me. I will now do all my services here for the rest of time. If you can give him a raise, that would be great, too ;). Thanks again, Stiles!"
