"We took our car to another place for a standard oil change because we were getting ready to drive to California. They stripped the bolt to the oil plug/pan then told us they couldn't do the oil change. So we called Take 5 spoke to Brandon he said bring it in. Brandon and Bridget are great. Professional friendly and Brandon tried and it was so stripped hw could not get it off. Brandon siphoned out the oil and complained the oil change and topped off the fluids . This is my new place to get my oil change. I highly recommend them. Thank you again Brandon and Bridget"
"First time, very pleased with Dustin and Trevor, Both very polite and willing to get the job done. Very well mannered and great customer service. Very pleased with the service the friendly environment Would definitely recommend if you're looking for quick in and out service. But beware of price. I've never paid more than seventy dollars for oil chain. And today I paid almost a hundred. I'm not sure I'll be back."
"what a great experience!! while waiting, they handed out water bottles which was thoughtful. during service, dustin was great with communicating and super educational. they didn’t make me feel like they were after my money but more about the care for my car. i will be back!!"
"I hate to give this review due to all of the good ones, but, today was NOT their day. My husband is up there currently for the second time today. Someone on the staff at 1:30, changed our oil and either didn't tighten something or forgot a part completely. Our oil light came on and we thought it was just needing to be reset..until we got home. After 20 min, this was left in our driveway. There's a trail from Take 5 all the way to Norman and then back to Midwest City. Livid is not even the proper word to use! Surely they understand how catastrophic that could be! They FINALLY offered a refund but won't give us clean up materials. NEVER. AGAIN. BE FOREWARNED. Have their work double checked before you leave!"
"This place is awesome! Friendly staff and they work quickly! You pay a bit more but you don’t get out of your vehicle. I’ve brought all 3 of my vehicles here and the longest I waited was about 20 minutes and that is because all 3 bays were in use when I pulled up. Yesterday my time in and out was about 7 minutes!!!"
