"AVOID AVOID AVOID please read this review before visiting here (Google reviews are unethically solicited) 7 hours start to finish. Constant waiting for them to come back with numbers, look something up, or ask someone a question. Seemed like everyone was only capable of doing their one singular job and had no idea about anything else. Took so long that there was not enough time to put on the "complimentary" tint. The next day, I went in to get the tint done and was told it would be an hour and a half max for it to get done. Service said, "That won't be us," when I walked in and sent me to someone else. Apparently, they can't help you find someone who can, so you have to go look for them. Finally, find someone who says they can help. I hand them my keys and wait 2 hours. I stand up to walk around the lot, and lo and behold, I come across my brand new car, unmoved from where I parked it with no tint. 5 more hours of waiting. Final complaint, and probably my biggest issue with them is that at the end of the process, they THOROUGHLY go over the review that they will send you. They specifically told me how to mark each section of the review (5 stars on everything). They then give a monetary incentive for leaving a good review, which is not allowed by Google and an unethical business practice on its own. I have no doubt that I probably would have been prepared for all of the problems I had if the true reviews weren't buried underneath those that are paid for. I will not be naming whom I worked with as I'm sure they are trained by upper management to do most, if not all, of the things I dealt with. Not to mention, these interactions were with at least 7 different employees."

"UPDATE: James sent me a blow off email still not honoring my service agreement. I do not buy a car from here EVER! Yesterday Doug decided to not honor the one year of complimentary service, despite legal binding sales contract that I have and provided. Not only did Doug and the service guy talk over me and ignore me, but Doug tried to keep my phone, I assume to try and delete the picture I had. He turned away from me and I had to physically rip my phone out of his hands because he had a death grip on it. Then the guy in the service department refused to give me my keys so I had to go through the keys to get mine. I’ve had nothing but issues with these people since I got the car last year. They tinted my windows for free for buying the car and it is coming off and there are holes in it. I will be pursuing legal action and recommend you go anywhere else to get your car. This is the shadiest dealership I have ever dealt with."
