"First, I called and asked for an estimate on a new canopy. They didn’t know how to do that over the phone I guess. They ask if I wanted to bring it in and I said sure because I wanted them to look at A few other things. A week goes by still no estimate on the canopy or anything. I call up there trying to figure out how much it’s gonna cost for a canopy after my RV is already been there for a week and the lady at the counter, proceeds to talk to me like a child asking me if she just wants me to make up a price! all sarcastic like! I told her this was a serious conversation and we are not in preschool. They finally called me back a day later with an estimate for the canopy. She told me she would let me know when they get it in. I agreed to it and they supposedly started on it. Almost another two weeks go by and I called them and say hey I’m just trying to check on the status of my camper and a guy working there told me your camper was done on the 22nd and today is the 29th. My camper set there finished For a whole week and nobody told me anything until I called up there asking about it. I get there to pick my camper up and there is a staple protruding from the ceiling of my camper. It was not like that when I dropped it off, so some dude goes and gets a staple gun and it starts popping freaking holes in my ceiling, not hitting anything, just putting holes in my ceiling. I told him to quit because he’s just making it worse! This place is a joke, they’ll tell you, you need something fixed when you don’t and then they will overcharge you for it. so now I’ve got multiple holes in the ceiling of my camper. Thanks, I will never in my life ever bring anything to you guys ever again."

"Today my husband and I stopped by this lot to look at 5th wheels. We are actively in the market, looking to purchase very soon and have spent the last couple weeks getting a feel for what will fit our growing family best. We don’t want to be bothered by salesman, sorry, but if we see something we are interested in we will come get you. There were 2 5th wheels and one tow behind open, we looked in all 3 by ourselves. As we made our way to the left side of the lot a younger gentleman comes sprinting out after us asking what we need. I nicely said “we are just looking but will let you know if we need anything”. In which he replied “my last customers said the same thing and they bought from me”. He then continued on, saying all of them are locked and wanted to know immediately what our price point was and what we were looking for. I told him there were already a few unlocked we looked in, his reply? “Oh you’re lucky then”. I immediately told my husband I was ready to leave as this guy would not stop following us. As we got into our car he started to walk after it, trying to hand us some sort of papers. Will not be back, 0/5 if I could. We aren’t lucky they were unlocked, you’re lucky I had patience enough to just leave and not really give you a piece of my mind. Lewis RV will be getting our business. Maybe take some pointers from Bob Mills and the “no shopper stalkers”."

"All I can say is it’s been a long time since I’ve walked away from a dealership HAPPY and not somewhat remorseful over the deal. We got ourselves in a mess by going to camping world TWICE so we were a bit upside down in our camper. Came to downgrade. I guarantee I was a pain in the butt down to the last signature but Matt stuck through it and got me the best deal he possibly could. I felt the win and am in love with our new camper."
