He helped us shop prices for tires, found us solutions and we left feeling like we had someone watching out for what was best for us. His customer service is on point and not something we find often. We will forever be customers of Discount Tire due to Parkker and his ability to watch out for what is best for his customers. Thank you!!"

"Where do I start?!?!? Please read to the end. The story gets worse as it goes. I bought a van that already did not run and I dropped it off with Burt Bro to diagnose and fix it. They charged me $500 for a diagnosis and told me they couldn't get the motor to start because it was bad. I half expected that, so I bought a used motor from a place they recommended and had it shipped to Burt Bros. Burt Bros gave me an estimate of $4300 for the original diagnosis, a new water pump, gaskets and the labor to swap motors. I agreed to the price, but the day after the motor arrived in their shop, they called me to tell me they have a new policy and will not do the swap. They wanted to subcontract the work to another shop and increased their estimate to $6400!!!! I already made life decisions assuming they'd do the work for the original price and be done around a certain day. Obviously, I can't just spend an additional $2000, so I had to tow the van out of their shop and then arrange for the motor to be taken to my house. THIS IS WHERE IS GETS REALLY BAD!!!! I didn't trust their diagnosis, so I put a new battery in the van and it started right up! Are you kidding me?!!!? I have a $5000 motor sitting in my driveway because they told me my motor was bad. I can't return it so now what do I do? This place is an incompetent joke. Please please please stay away. I am a full-time student trying to raise 6 kids and their incompetence resulted in me losing the last of my savings. I am so mad and distraught at this point that I don't even know what to do."
