Sam's Club Pharmacy

"My parents were treated poorly at this Sam's club last week. My father is 90 years old and has decreased mobility. He needed to get a vaccine in the pharmacy. The entrance doors and exit doors at this location are very far apart. The only assistance for mobility in the location are motorized carts, and my father does not have the skills necessary to safely operate the cart. Due to the distance of the pharmacy from the entrance (and the close proximity to the exit), my parents entered through the exit doors so my father could safely arrive in the pharmacy. Both the person doing exit procedures and the store manager (Josh) were both very critical of this action and told my mother this was unacceptable. When she explained the situation to the manager, he told her she was not listening to him. Their treatment of my parents shows no compassion for their situation or willingness to help customers with disabilities. Completely unacceptable in this day and age. Sam's club, this is more than disappointing, do better."

"I don’t know why I tried this place to be honest. I have never had a good experience at a Walmart pharmacy, so I don’t know why I expected Sam’s Club to be any different. After I switched over, I waited hours for a refill. Once I finally got it and went to my car, I realized they gave me the wrong prescription, but I didn’t have time to wait for hours (again) so I went home and had my partner pick it up later. I switched back to my old pharmacy today, and the same thing happened. They sent the wrong prescriptions over to my current pharmacy so I had to wait hours to get the right one. I’m beyond frustrated with this company."

"Top notch service! Everyone is awesome and Tony definitely saved me when my son had an ear infection and I had issues with my prescription prescriber. Usually there is no line and if there is there is really no wait. They offer convenient text notifications. Hours are convenient. I always do business here and I highly recommend. Five stars for sure!"

"Very slow. When I got the said in would be 10 or 15 mins that’s pretty typical for a pharmacy. But ended up there for an hour waiting for the pharmacist to count out four boxes that are already filled and ready to go. Will not be returning here couldn’t even have the common courtesy to let me know what’s taking so long. And the whole time I was here there was only one other person who showed up to pickup a prescription."
