"I needed docs notarized while on vacation and called ahead to make sure they had a notary. Luisiana is there til 4 and I arrived at 355. It was a lot to notarize but she was patient, thorough and never rushed. Great service!"

"Rude employees at this store. It’s been a very long time I’ve had such a bad experience like this. Don’t go to this location after 6PM even though they close at 6:30PM. They are already getting ready to close. They don’t wanna help you because they are busy getting the gate and preparing to close. When I went to the counter she directed me to the computer. I go over to the computer. When I showed told the woman the computer not working to print a paper. She didn’t come over to help, she just wanted to tell me what to do from behind the counter. Clearly the computer wasn’t working. She was getting the gate ready for closing. I just left the store without the paper I needed. Go to the FedEx stores they are better with paper printing."

"Rude employees. I’ve never returned an Amazon package before. I walked in and 3 employees were at the desk . Two walked away and the third started vacuuming. So I set my box on the counter and without stopping vacuuming the employee said to go to the Amazon kiosk and follow the directions. There were no signs indicating where the kiosk was. I finally found it no thanks to them."

"Beware of the ineptitude at this store. Their employees have no clue what they are doing. I asked for the fastest shipping.. they told me $29 it would be there Friday. They didn’t tell me this was not guaranteed. They didn’t tell me this was actually through the postal service and that I was paying TRIPLE the amount it would have been to send it priority express through the usps. Crooks and scammers! As for management, she’s definitely in it for the money. Threw her employer right under the bus and told me to come back and talk to her. WOW! That’s a model business plan there! Stay away.. visit the post office instead. Service is way better!"
