Jiffy Lube

"Do not trust THIS jiffy lube for your oil change. Due to negligence, they destroyed my sisters car engine and now has to pay $6000 to repair it. They did not recap her engine oil after the job and as she drove off, oil spilled out from the top spout and completely poured out causing the oil to spread and cover every inch under her hood, and very quickly caused the engine to fail… Because the oil completely splurted out as she was driving, her engine drove on empty and became ruined. She immediately tolled her car to a mechanic because it became inoperable and they quoted her $6000 for the engine to be replaced. When my sister called Jiffy lube and spoke to the manager he completed gas lighted her and made it seem like it was her fault. Saying “you should’ve came back right away when the check engine light came on. This is your fault.” - how was she supposed to turn back when it was already too late and the engine was already ruined and the car was inoperable at that This never would’ve happened if she didn’t come here in the first place…"

"Went in for an oil change and was told in there initial inspection that I had a nail in my side wall. I was told I needed to replace all 4 with only 8000 mile put on them. They quoted me for new tires around $2000. I found the nail. Not in the side wall or deep enough to even patch. This place is a scam."

"Oh my gosh where do I start. Everyone was so nice and helpful they do things I didn't know they did like top off your oil between oil changes that's not something u get with all places plus they cleaned my windows and vacuumed the floor when they were done so awesome. Above this, I went in for an oil change and that's what I got I didn't get to the register and have the guy tell me I needed blinker fluid or my fuel filter dusted and that they could do these for me today for $49.99 (I've never had that happen but you get my drift.) They gave me the price up front which was more than what i paid at Walmart but I didn't get the perks that come with JiffyLube as well as the "jiffy" yet friendly service. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THESE GUYS HAD GOOD VIBES IT WAS AWESOME !!!!! I'll be back in a month and a half for my first out of 2 !!!FREE!!! oil top offs before my next oil change. Ya know even tho I paid $120 I feel like a winning consumer not like I got shafted."

"Came in fifteen minutes before closing after a really bad experience not getting an oil change from my dealership. Honestly these guys are really professional and didn’t make me feel bad and took me right in. They check everything including air filter, tire pressure, and battery, etc. and go over what they recommend doing with out any pressure at all. Will absolutely be coming back here for my future maintenance."

"I always go here for my oil changes and they are very kind in the process. I came in when my old civic was having troubles. I asked them to diagnosed cause it’s as far as my car would go. They said it would be $120 or something per hour to diagnosis they came back in within 5 mins to tell me the engine had been blown (Excessive over heating). They walked me through all my option and left it to me to do what I may. They pumped it with oil so I could make it home and then didn’t change me a dime for any of it. Great crew and very friendly when you ask question and have never pressed me when I said no to an up sale!"
