"DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP UNLESS YOU GOT THE MONEY TO FIX WHAT THEY BREAK ON IT CAUSE TRUST ME THEY WILL BREAK WHATEVER THEY ARE FIXING ON IT AND TELL YOU THEY WILL PAY FOR IT AND WHEN YOU TAKE YOUR VEHICLE IN FOR THEM TO FIX WHAT THEY BROKE THEY TRY AND CHARGE YOU FOR IT THIS HAS HAPPENED ON TWO DIFFERENT OCCASIONS A BROKEN RIM ON BMW AND A BROKEN TIRE ON GMC TRUCK I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR BUT IT MADE ME GIVE THEM ATLEAST ONE STAR THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THAT"

"It was ok service. I had asked for them to check the alignment and call me if it was bad so that I could have them fix. Showed up and they told me it needed an alignment when I was picking up my car. Just made it so I'll have to find another day to bring it back. Not the most convenient customer service."

"In April I took my van in for an oil change and brake check since my brakes were sounding bad. They told me brakes were fine and might be dust. End of august I brought it back and asked for a brake check again and they told me all 4 tires needed brakes, rotors, and calipers and it would be @$1200+. I questioned it and they said they could have worn down prematurely. I called other places for estimates—jiffy lube $900, and mike’s complete auto $740. I took it to mikes and they changed the brake pads and two rotors and said the front driver side caliper might need changed the next time I change my brakes. Paid $648 for the brakes and saved $600."
