"When I pulled my vehicle into the long driveway at B M Enterprises, my first expectation was not that I would receive the kindest, most hospitable and miraculously quick service of my life. But that’s exactly what I got from this wonderful group of knowledgeable, honest and enthusiastic mechanics. I happened upon this business by chance (and out of desperation), and I can’t imagine a better experience at a truck repair shop anywhere in the country. These folks were straight-forward, helpful and flexible; most importantly, they instilled in me a sense of trust, which is really what auto customers want to feel in a situation like mine, when they are vulnerable and at the mercy of mechanics who have the opportunity to take advantage of them. I never once felt that I was dealing with shady people, or that I was being taken for a ride. These guys bent over backwards to help me out and get me back on the road in about 6 hours, when every other place I talked to told me that it would take 3-4 days to sort out. I highly recommend them."
