"I own a 2022 Ram 1500 big horn. Been having transmission issues since July 2023. I left a couple bad reviews bc the GM Buck and service manager Matt at the dealership wouldn’t respond to emails/calls about my issue and now I’ve been refused service. Still have 8k miles on my warranty. Posting a review again bc my last one was deleted. Reagan the service advisor was great and tried his best to help me out. But buyers beware, this dealership doesn’t have character."

"Extremely disappointing. Throughout the process, I encountered shady business practices, from poor customer service to discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered. It took two weeks just to have my car inspected, and even then, the service technician claimed to have performed work that was never completed. Their attempt to rectify the situation by offering to cover labor costs appeared fair initially. However, this seemingly good gesture was all for nothing as all they did was mark up a $125 Mopar part to $420 to cover themselves. Communication was severely lacking, as updates on my vehicle’s service were only provided after incessant follow-up calls multiple times per day. The whole service team seriously needs to reassess their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering Bob Howard’s services to go anywhere else for the sake of both themselves and their vehicle."

"Clayton went above and beyond to help me get my new-to-me vehicle repaired and road-ready for a lengthy road trip. I bought the car at another Bob Howard used car lot and had it serviced at this location since it is a Chrysler. Despite the fact I didn't purchase it from this particular Bob Howard location, getting my vehicle fixed was clearly a priority to them. So far it's running better than it was when I bought it!"

"I spent $1300 on “maintenance” and from driving off the lot 2 weeks ago after said maintenance my check engine light has come on and off randomly and my fuel mileage has dropped 6mpg. Called today to see what might be going on and was told that I needed to bring my truck back and leave it 4-5 days for them to get it in. I explained that I don’t have another vehicle to drive and was told it had to sit there on lot for 4-5 days to get it in. There is no scheduling an appt with a tech and bringing it in the day it’s due to be looked at. Terrible customer service especially after spending $1300 on maintenance that they suggested was due on my truck."

I truly appreciated it and he went above and beyond to make everything happen as smooth as possible with as little inconvenience to me as possible.
