"If I could leave NEGATIVE 5 stars I would! Worst experience I’ve ever had from any dealer service department ever. Made an appointment at 8 am for them to check out a recall and engine light sensor. When I dropped the vehicle off I specifically stated I will need the vehicle back the same day, when I called to check on the progress at 4:30 pm since I haven’t heard anything they informed me it hasn’t even been examined by a tech yet. When I picked up the vehicle the service advisor (Jeremiah) told me specially that it was an engine knock sensor and he will have it ordered along with the recall part. Now I have made another appointment at 8 am for the recall part to be fixed as well as the engine light sensor, when I get there the service advisor told me he never got to the engine light the first time. After checking the engine light they said they didn’t know what to do with the code and just reset it.. the engine light came back on not even 1 hour after leaving the dealership and messed my my parking assist after they tried to fix the recall. AVOID this place at all costs! Worst customer service experience ever."

"Excellent customer service! Peggy was awesome. We had some emblems changed out and were there about 4 hours with a rambunctious toddler. Everyone was so nice. There was a cosmetic hiccup when they were working on our car. These things happen and what mattered was that they were honest and went above and beyond to make it right without us even having to ask. End result was it looking perfect, so happy! I thought the price was very reasonable as well. Overall, a great experience and would definitely come back."

"Absolutely horrible experience! I have been waiting for a week for them to call my warranty company and put me on the loaner list since one part that is always needed for what I am having repaired is on back order indefinitely. There is no communication. They don’t return phone calls. They don’t call when they say they are going to call if you can get through to someone. Don’t waste your time there. Go to Ferguson."

"I called to see if they accepted walk in oil changes. Got transferred to service, someone picked up and said plz hold then proceeded to slam the phone down before I could even say ok. You won't get my business."

"Great deal, buying. That changes when you need service. Pulled into service lane the advisor never got out of his chair, so I got out of my truck. Just wanted to get my first oil change. Asked for my name and asked if I was dropping off. I said I was waiting immediately almost cutting me off he says it’s going to be three hours. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!!!! There are 100 places in the OKC area that can do it in 20 min. Other dealerships I’ve used never take longer than an hour. I understand the need for appointments on larger repairs but, any decent service department meets you at the car and can get an oil change done in a reasonable amount of time. Disappointing after a great buying experience."
