The battery failed and because the car no longer had a warranty, they wouldn't replace a 100 month battery, even though it had only lasted 24 months. It tells me they don't stand behind what the install unless there is a warranty.... disappointed would be my word for the dealership!"
"Made an appointment. They did oil change and tires. The entire experience was handled in a very professional and courteous manner. A year later, back for another oil change and surprisingly, everything was the same. Just fantastic service. Weird how Bob Howard Nissan Service is a complete catastrophe from start to finish and here at Acura with Ray Wood running things is the complete opposite. Wouldn't hesitate to use their services again."
"I took my car here for an oil change. Made an appointment online, selected the year, make and model of my car online and took off work early to get the car serviced. I asked if they would try to determine what’s rattling in the front end of the car during their inspection. They said they wouldn’t have time to look at it. I said okay just the oil change then. They told me because of the type of oil my car takes the price will not be $67 but $114, despite picking the year make and model of my car online when making the appointment. So just to recap I came here knowing I would spend more in hopes they could diagnose a rattle in the front end. They didn’t have time for that and raised the price of my oil change scheduled online by about 40%."
