"Zack in "service" has no business working in customer service at all. He doesn't take issues with your vehicle as seriously as he should. I had warranty work completed there. Google definitely knew more than the "mechanic". It seemed like they didn't know or just didn't care that I needed my car back. The workmanship was very poor. When they put my car back together, there was a new rattle in the dashboard and parts were moving that should not be. Very sloppy. I am horrified thinking of what else might have been put back together so poorly. I guess time will tell. I recommend ANY other dealership for warranty work on a Chevrolet."
