"Darwin at Japanese engine supply sales and services went out of his way and was very transparent with me through the entire process of getting an engine from him. I had a friend who had major mechanical failure to her engine. I told him about the situation a little bit, and he really did what he could to help out. He even made a special trip to pick up the engine in salt lake due to shipping delays. Darwin will always have my Japanese engine replacement business. "Didn’t fit the gaskets on properly which caused major oil leaking into spark plugs and throughout engine. Very expensive and confusing for the repair shop who fixed it. Incredibly disappointed. Just grateful that I was able to get it fixed by someone who wasn’t sloppy and lazy. Which I could post a 0 star review. If you’re reading this please take your business elsewhere"
"This has turned out to be a great experience and I couldn't be happier with the results. I was skeptical at first and Darwin was very patient with me and my doubts about having a low miles engine shipped from over seas. Answering all my questions and assuring me that it was the best option than rebuilding the engine. We kept in touch through the entire process and again very patient with me. Darwin went several extra mile ups for me and I couldn't be more impressed with his customer service and peace of mind knowing I now have a mechanic I can trust 100"%"
