"Well been going there for a few years when they broke my fuel filter housing. Store told me I would have to get repaired and bring them receipt and they would take care of it but . Also told they had an unhappy employee that damaged quite a few cars. I would recommend anyone getting all change from this place contact their corporate number see how long it takes for somebody to respond to you. They won’t call you back. Update they did finally send a check . Be never going back"
"Location was AWESOME and professional! Took care of my truck in a timely manner and all the employees were extremely friendly and knowledge. Jason was awesome along with Shawn and Carl. This shop is ran under great management and it shows. I would definitely recommend this Take 5 over the other location in Yukon!! 5 stars for the location and all the employees on duty. Great job guys and hats off to you for handling yourself with professionalism! Will definitely bring my 3500 back here."
"Horrible they take more than 2 hours to do a oil change they offer to do at coolant flush I agree for them to do it 2 days after my truck is overheating call customer service they said that they would be sending my truck to one of there mechanic to get fix when I get to the place they told me that I would have to pay for all the service. So I pay for the service that they did over with them and pay for the mechanic to fix what they didn’t do right"
"The guys at Take 5 do an incredible job! Very fast, friendly, and they do a great job making sure they explain everything to the customer. Lashun was the main guy that helped me and he was fantastic. I will absolutely be coming back here."
"They were pretty busy and the wait was still only about 15 minutes. Everyone there was pretty friendly, i was even greeted with a cold bottle of water for both myself and my passenger! I got my oil changed without any issues. I gave it 4 stars only due to the cost compared to others offering these types of services. Other than that, it just depends on personal preference. Some prefer price over convenience, and some prefer convenience."
