"I am genuinely curious as to why this title company has 4.8 stars. I and my husband have been under contract for almost three months and the title company has pushed closing back 5 times... 5 separate times. One of which was because they forgot to request funds from the buyer, a day before closing. In fact, every time closing has been pushed, it happens a few days before closing is supposed to happen. How does that even happen? On top of that, there is zero communication, any and every bit of information we have received is after we call repeatedly desperately trying to get ahold of literally anyone because the lady who is over our closing apparently is never in the office and could not be bothered to answer her phone or any of our questions. Thankfully there are a few nice women who have taken pity on us and attempted to answer some of our questions."

"Had a bad experience with dealing with this title company. They were referred by my realtor. As soon as I received a signed contract I called them to get a good faith quote on my settlement charges. They gave me the run around for two weeks before 3 business days before closing with a extremely high ball closing costs on a cash transaction. I will never do business with them again nor recommend anyone to do business with them. You won't get honest answers from them and they will double bill you for the same type of service with deceptive language."
