"I needed some structure repair along with paint and stripping done on my RV over this past winter Brandon and his team treated me with respect and professionalism each time I went into check the process of the project. Not knowing the depth of the damage until Rocky Mountain could get behind the skin panels i was expecting to get blind sided with some hidden cost but found out that Brandon was was up front from the get go. When I picked it up it looked perfect no issues whatsoever with the cost and repairs needed Mountain RV treated me fair and honest. I would highly recommend Rocky Mountain RV for any RV repairs needed. Kent L."

"These guys are total frauds. My family had an RV that needed warranty work performed. These guys came out to look at the trailer 3 separate times to inspect the issues. They informed us that they would speak with the warranty company and let us know. They then notified us that the items needing fixed would be covered, so we dropped our RV off to get the work done. We were told it would be a few weeks. 7 MONTHS later, we are told the work is finally done . Then they tell us that the warranty company didn’t actually cover all of the warranty work performed and now we have to pay out of pocket. These guys should never perform any work without speaking with customers and getting them to agree on the work. If they do perform work that isn’t approved, that’s on them and you can’t expect customers to pay for their mistakes. They tell me that “this happens all of the time” and we are the first customers to complain about it. They also had our RV long enough that it needed to be winterized, they didn’t winterize it correctly and ended up charging me to replace items that got ruined due to their neglect. Then to top it all off, my batteries on the RV are 100% shot since they had it and didn’t have them connected to any kind of electricity or trickle charger."

"Crooks. Don’t double check with customers before they do un-warrantied work and then expect you to pay the difference. Unreasonable, unorganized, and completely unreliable. More concerned about their own paycheck than their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"Being 2,500 miles from home and finding a propane leak at the hot water heater and also at the regulator created an urgent need. Brandon and his whole team have top-notch customer service, advise, and diagnosing ability. A gas valve was ordered and in my hands quickly. The replacement regulator was in stock and his call to Mountain States LP Gas got me fast replacement of the cylinder valves. These guys are the best."

"On our trip though the west; our new Lance 1062 water heater quit. Rocky Mountain RV was super helpful and was able to service us under warranty for Dometic. They were super polite, helpful, and professional! We were on the road, and the nearest Lance RV dealer was 80 miles round trip. That dealer told me that since I didn't buy it from them; they couldn't help me with warranty work. Thank You!!! Sam and Brandon at Rocky Mountain RV, for getting us back on our adventure."
