"If I could give a 0 I would. This was the first year we used this place and it will never happen again. I will also be telling everyone I know to not go here. My husband provided all of the info requested. He mentioned multiple times he had an IRS pin. We were given a refund estimate of $3300. When they filed they sent us the copy of what they submitted. Our return showed as $33. After going over what they submitted, we saw that not only did they not include our child in the return but they used my 1 year old sons social to file with. We called and they said they caught it in time and they would amend it. It was weeks and we never heard anything. My husband had to email to find out that the amendment didn’t go through and that we would need to either pay to send a paper form or they could do it for us. They were going to have us pay for their incompetence! They ended up mailing it for us and a couple weeks later we get a notice from the IRS that my husband needs to go In person for an identity verification. So now we are out the $250 we paid for them to file but he has to miss work to fix their mess. When we emailed about getting our $250 back she said she would call when she got in the office. We never got the call of course. The irs appointment is a month out and we will have to wait up to 9 weeks after the appointment for our refund to be processed. If you are filing a return and needing the money sooner rather than later, stay away from here. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! Do not use these people! We paid $250 and will now be missing work because of their lack of knowledge."
