"After replacing damaged tire, they 'don't see the bracket for the spare'. I get home & my son finds it in its storage bag by the spare in the back. Back to the store to finish the job. Then they parked the van farther away than usual? Next time, check who's working first?"

"I wish I could give a negative star count. I brought my truck in with a slow leak, and they told me that there would be a 2.5-hour wait. After 2 hours, I checked on my truck, and there wasn't anybody in the bay doing any work. I had to have someone called back there, and I guess the only tech left before my truck was put in. They then told me I could bring my truck in at 8 a.m. and I would be first in line. I got there at 8 am, and the store wasn't even open until 10."
"I called for 40 minutes and no one would answer the phone. I've got two nails in my tire and could use some assistance. The poor employee is the only there. No one should be working alone. Do better sams"
"I was here for a flat tire and rotation, they told me that because I did not make an appointment they won't do the service, they were over booked and there was no way they can fit me in, waited for 50 minutes outside in my car and no cars were in our out the shop at all. The tire guy was doing nothing during the this time. Very frustrated with the POOR criteria of this location. I had to take the flat tire off and put the spare tire on myself."
