"LIFETIME CUSTOMER LOST!! I've been to Les Schwab since I was a kid when my dad would only go to Les Schwab. I will not be going back to any of them. I brought my car in a little over a month ago and told them that I'm hearing grinding and squeaking and shaking when braking. Long story short, $1300 later from their recommendations and issue remains. $250 at another shop and the issue is fixed. No more Les Schwab for me!!"
"I had a terrible experience at this location. I was told my car would take a few hours, which i’m fine with, I called after 2 hours just to get an update and the assistant manager Darren talked to me and was very rude and short when I asked. He said something along the lines of “this isn’t a fast thing we’re doing here”, as if I had no right to ask. After this happened I decided to reach out to the store manager, Chris. I expressed my frustration and he basically brushed what I said off, dismissing me and saying that he knows Darren and he wouldn’t do that. It’s safe to say that I will never be returning here ever again. Thanks Les Schwab!"
"One of the best shops in the area! My old avalanche had all sorts of suspension issues. Dropped it off in the morning, they worked on it all day. When we picked it up the customer service was amazing and the truck was driving like new. Had 2 other shops misdiagnose it but Les Schwab took care of us. Appreciate yall!!"
