"Used to love coming here for oil changes and small repairs until we recently had an awful experience. Brought our vehicle for a small repair (after they had supposedly fixed it only 10 days earlier) and they kept it for an entire two weeks with little to no communication. They never once followed up, even when they said they would. Never returned voicemails for updates. Every time we’d get them on the phone they assured us only a couple more days. Finally after two weeks we just decided to pick up our car, only to discover they never even had the part needed to do the repair. Needless to say they’ve lost our business. Repeatedly lying was absolutely unnecessary. We would have picked it up sooner had wet have known, and taken it somewhere else! Completely wasted our time. Being a family without a car for that long is a hardship. Clearly that’s not something they’re respectful of, nor is honesty."

"I got sick of my husband devoting an entire Saturday to changing the oil on our cars- so I decided to give this place a try and we've never looked back! I have now been taking our family SUV here for regular oil changes for the last 3+years. I cannot sing their praises enough! We are always very satisfied with their services and especially their communication/organization (I appreciate that they can look my vehicle up in their system and "do whatever they did last time," haha). It's a great vibe and such a relief knowing they wont try to upsell or nickel and dime me- but will honestly express any concerns they find. They're upfront with costs listed, very friendly, professional, and quick! This last time I risked it and dropped in during my short preschool/elementary pickup window and oil was changed, start to finish, in less than 30 minutes, FLAT! And before you ask, yes, they actually changed it, haha! Would give more than 5 stars if I could!"
