"My husband and I are so disappointed with Scott. My husband made an alignment appointment for Saturday a couple months ago. He's been looking forward to it, because he's heard a lot of good about him. It's hard to find someone that will align a lowered car. Anyway, on Friday we get a text the he somehow double booked him and has to move his appointment to Sunday. My husband said alright and asked if the same time works, and Scott's response is: "I believe so, yes." Haha. Then says maybe noon actually, because he has brunch with his family on Sunday. I was starting to get the feeling we weren't a priority for him at all. My suspicions were confirmed when we get a text this morning that he has to cancel because he was up sick all night. I want to belive that he is, but it seems pretty convenient after all the back and forth. I can't speak for the quality of work, but the customer service is lackluster. Pretty bummed - not going to lie!"
