"Took my car here, explained my symptoms and told them the code it was throwing as well. I also said that to properly diagnose, the tank would need to be dropped. They had my car from 8:30-4 pm and all they did was a 15 minute diagnosis, telling me the problem that I told them… Nice guy at the front, friendly. But there was clearly miscommunication or something. Earlier in the week, I was told I did not need to make an appointment, but then the day of they told me I needed an appointment to drop my tank. The real kicker was being told I had contaminated brake fluid…little did they know I had a FULL brake service 3 months prior. Checked my fluid. Not contaminated. Got this checked at another shop as well. Not contaminated. Would have rather them spend the time checking the real issue that I went in with."
