Raul helped me IMMEDIATELY when I called and fixed my car up very quickly and did an amazing job for a VERY reasonable price. I don’t know a ton about cars, but he explained what was wrong and how/why he was repairing it in a way that I could easily understand. "Very helpful and genuine staff at work here. Every issue I've had with my car for the last 3 years has been fixed by Raul for at least 40% cheaper than Volkswagen dealerships would charge, and for the same OEM parts! I know enough about cars to know when I'm getting told if I do or don't need a repair, and they've never been dishonest with me."
