"I needed to replace the timing belt. Steve called less than an hour after I dropped it off saying that my car has a timing chain and not a timing belt and that it does not need to be replaced. This is not the first time EP AUTO had been up front and honest with me but it is one of the most important characteristics when looking for a mechanic.
