"I don't recommend coming here. I had a problem with my sliding door lock as it was sticking. I thought I could trust Honda Ken Garff, but they said I would have to replace the entire door and mechanisms which would be over $4000. I said hell no. I looked online and the solution was to just spray a little WD-40 where the lock was sticking and it was fixed. I haven't had problems since. They could have done the honest thing and fixed it instead of suggesting an entire new door. Shame on them."
"Great customer service when I called. She tried everything to accommodate me but I couldn't get in for 3 weeks for my recalls or oil change! I had to end up going somewhere else for the oil change."
"the staff was friendly with good costumer service. however, i can’t help but feeling ripped off for paying $170 for a diagnosis (including $15 for shop supplies) which only included someone plugging a computer into my car. only to be quoted $670 total for a part that i can purchase for $11. i can’t believe the diagnostic fee, and the fact that it is not advertised at all during appointment scheduling or confirmation. what a way to make a profit i guess!"
"Told me I needed to spend $700 replace an entire wheel hub just to replace 2 wheel studs. Ended up doing it myself for $5. They were super nice. Just don’t know how to work on Hondas I guess."
