"Maintenance on a older 4-Runner went exactly as expected. 130,000 miles and running well. Oil change, differentials, spark plugs all done in 1 afternoon. Easy check-in without appointment. Some days it's better to have that appointment set though. Seems Mondays are busy days for them. Work has always been high quality for my vehicles. Friendly and helpful staff. I pulled in after 4pm on a Friday and had the oil changed in less than an hour. Wow! Amazing service."

I love a good customer service call and these guys nailed it at first impression. They got me in quick, communicated with me throughout my process. I felt the communication and feedback was open and honest. I did not feel like they were being pushy. I truly appreciate that. I called and spoke to Derek several times. He was kind and polite. Answered all my questions. Did not feel like I was bugging him. When they were done with my car, they texted me. Met with Derek and Erik who were in the front lobby. Nice guys.
