"My power converter went out and I scheduled an appointment with them. I was without 12 volt power and I also needed a repair on my refrigerator. I live in the trailer (which cannot be readily moved) while caring for a nearby hospice senior. After already waiting several days for the scheduled visit, the tech was a no show on the appointment. After about an hour past the appointment time, I called. Apparently the tech had vehicle problems enroute. They said they would try to make it later that day or reschedule. They did neither. I texted a week later to see if I had been rescheduled. He responded, “Yes call you in a bit”. He did not. I called after yet another week went by and he said he would call me back in 20 minutes at the most as he had to get to his computer. He did not call back. Seems like a nice guy and he did actually answer the phone and respond to texts, so I didn’t give them a 1 star rating."
"We had just bought a used RV and could not get the water to work. Richard came out that afternoon and got everything working. It was a reasonable price and we didn't have to tow it anywhere. Would definitely recommend this company for any RV repair"
"Richard from Express RV Mobile came to our rescue in Logan Utah. Our A/C went out in our Class C, and we were traveling with 4 dogs, so A/C in the coach was essential! After confirming my unit was dead, including answering my questions about that and showing me, he offered me repair or replacement. We were shocked to find he could replace our A/C with an even better unit the same day! We chose replacement and he did the job quickly and professionally. We enjoyed every minute of our interaction and he answered some of my other RV questions and did a couple additional minor fixes. He is obviously an RV expert and I just wish I lived closer to him so that I could work with him regularly. We were SO LUCKY to find Richard and Express Rv Mobile when we needed help. We were traveling from Yosemite, CA."
